How do I clean my dispenser?                                                        Top
We suggest that you clean your dispenser every 6 to 9 months to maintain the high quality of water that you are accustomed
to drinking.  To clean your cooler you will need the following items on hand:  a clean pair of rubber gloves, a small scrub brush
& soft cloth, paper towels and boiling water.
Step 1: Unplug cooler, remove empty bottle, & drain water from taps.
Step 2: Remove waterguard or top of cooler.  Do not get the small air filter wet.
Step 3: Wash all pieces and reservoir with warm water and either of the following solutions - (1)  a 3% Hydrogen Peroxide
solution or (2)  a 3% liquid chlorine solution.  Avoid damaging large circular seals to ensure no failure of the Leak Guard.  Be
careful not to lose the air filter or check valve.  Thoughly rinse all parts and reservoir and reassemble.
Step 4: Cleaning the faucets.  Unscrew by turning faucets counterclockwise.  Be careful not to lose any seals.  Unscrew top
portion of the faucet by turning the nut counter clockwise.  Wash all pieces in warm water & disinfecting solution.  Throughly
rinse and then reassemble by screwing assembled faucets clockwise to body of cooler.  Do not over tighten.  Enjoy your water!

Can I change the number of bottles I receive?                                               Top
Our customers pay a one-time bottle deposit per bottle at the initial setup.  You are responsible for maintaining those bottles
as though they were your own.  If you would like more bottles delivered than you have empties, please let us know that you
would like an "extra" bottle(s) delivered.  You will see a one time bottle deposit on that months bill for the extra bottle(s).
What do I do with my empty bottles?                                                         Top
If you are a residential customer, you are responsible for putting your empty bottles out on the day of delivery to ensure that
you will receive your delivery.  Our driver will deliver the same number of full bottles as the number of empty bottles that are
out, unless you have prearranged to receive a different delivery.  See next question for adjustments to your delivery.
Do I have to be at my home/office to receive my delivery?                        Top
For the initial setup, you should be present to receive your dispenser and water.  At that time, you  may ask any additional
questions that you might have.  After that initial set up, you are not required to be present as long as our driver has access to
your empties.  You can set it up with our office to leave your empty bottles at a prearranged location.  Our driver will then
leave your full bottles at the same location.
My dispenser is leaking!  What do I do?                                      Top
Remove your bottle that is on the dispenser and place outside or in a location that will not damage anything.  Although you
may believe that your cooler is leaking, 95% of the time the 'leak' is caused by  a small crack in your bottle.  By removing the
bottle, you will be stopping excess water from causing any messes.  Please call us at (910) 270-9029 for further assistance.  If
it is after hours, please leave your name, a contact number, and a brief statement of the problem and what steps you have
taken already, and we will get back with you as soon as possible.
